I spent here 1 night and felt like home. Had wonderful stay and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. Loved views towards garden. Bathroom was spacious, offered a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. Parking was private. The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a reptile zoo.
